'And Then There Were None'
The story begins with 10 strangers receiving separate invitations to a mystery location, ‘Soldier Island’, by an unknown host. They have all been summoned for different reasons, all of which are fake, the actual reason for the guest’s presence on the mystery island is to avenge those who they have been killed.
‘Soldier Island’ is an inhabited island off the coast of Devon and completely cut off from the mainland, the only transport or communication is provided by Mr Fred Narracott. On the island there is a single mansion, owned by the absent host, each room of the house is decorated with a copy of the ‘Ten Little Soldier Boys’ nursery rhyme, this haunts each guest because eventually they reach the same fate as the soldiers in the nursery rhyme.
Prior to guest's island invitation, they had all caused the death of someone they know for different reasons. Vera killed for money and love, Philip killed to gain tribal artifacts, John killed because of jealously, Thomas and Ethel killed for money, Emily killed for religious righteousness, Edward killed because he was an irresponsible drunk, Marston killed because of his careless driving, William killed anger, Judge Lawrence Wargrave killed for justice.
One by one the guests begin to show up dead, murdered, and as more of them find the same fate, they start to release they aren’t alone. With no-one coming to help them, they start trying to find their mystery host then as time goes on, they begin to turn on each other.
